If you are ready to grow, here is a daily checklist to get you started.
The goal is to do at least 3 of these every day. The more of these you do daily, the quicker your confidence will grow.
____ I said something positive about myself.
____ I went outside for fresh air.
____ I ate at least one healthy meal.
____ I called or texted a friend.
____ I permitted myself to be realistic and not perfectionistic.
____ I looked in the mirror and was able to see my beauty.
____ I permitted myself to let go of something in my life.
____ I smiled at someone.
____ I wrote out a goal.
____ I reviewed my current goals.
____ I did something kind for another person.
____ I thought about my purpose in life.
____ I expressed gratitude for what I have.
____ I meditated, prayed, or connected with something bigger than myself.
Be patient and kind to yourself as you work hard to improve your self-esteem. Practice compassion and patience with yourself daily.
